Where are my data stored?
Your data is securely hosted in a dedicated cloud environment. Security is our top priority, which is why we are ISO 27001 certified by Intertek. Regular audits are conducted to ensure ongoing compliance and maintain the highest level of security.
What data are you storing?
We store definition of database and associated text description. There is no data in SQLinfo, only structure of your database and its definitions. We use a local agent CLI which scan only the structure and does not read any data.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal payments.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. After a 30 days grace period your account is definitively deleted.
Can I ask for a refund?
Yes, you can ask for a refund during the 14 intial days of your first subsciption. Once the refund is achieved, you will not be able to connect anymore.
What happens to my organisation after the end of my subscription?
Your organisation will be automatically deleted 30 days after the end of your subscription. This deletion is permanent.
How can I get my data?
You can export your account data into csv file at any time during your subscription period.
